Slow down. If you’re feeling burnt out, it’s probably because you’re moving faster than you should be right now. I love momentum, but I also know if I am always going at full speed, I end up crashing and burning and needing a day of Real Housewives of Anywhere marathon and ice cream to feel normal again. Educate yourself. And I don’t mean spending countless hours on Wed MD because you’ve convinced yourself you have a rare form of God knows what. If you’ve got an area of your life that is causing you stress, go look for some education on how to handle that shit. Whether that be a book, a course, a blog post. Also, don’t be afraid to invest in it. You’re way more likely to get more out of something if you’ve had to pay for it because you want to get your money’s worth after all.
